*Terms and conditions:

• You must have had a check up with in the last 6 months to make sure you are dentally fit before starting treatment
• A referral from your GDP to confirm this is required if you do not attend our practice.
• A recent hygiene appointment in the last 4 weeks ideally so that the whitening has the best possible chance to give you the desired white teeth. Our GDP will inform you if you would benefit from a hygiene visit before starting treatment, if you have not had one then we accept no responsibility and if needed at the end of the whitening process you require more gel then an additional fee will be added to your treatment plan.
• Without paying the deposit we cannot hold the appointment. We require 48 hours notice of cancellation otherwise the deposit will be used for the short notice.
